So, while finding the balance of being a full-time mom at the same time, I’m just excited to build a wonderful community of people wanting to live their best lives.’

Balanced Foods offers over 40 meal options, all made with fresh ingredients and free from preservatives. The meals, which include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, protein coffee, and protein shakes, have a shelf life of five to six days. ‘We cook fresh, never frozen meals, everything’s cooked fresh daily, preservative-free and everything has a nutrition label on it,’ Tabrizi explained. ‘Everything comes in three different sizes, which is kind of different from our competitors, so we try to really cater to everyone.’
