Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield has decided to join the Netflix documentary series Quarterback after initially turning down the opportunity. Mayfield stated that his initial hesitation was due to concerns that the documentary would be too focused on him, but after speaking with other quarterbacks who have participated in the series, he realized it wouldn’t be invasive.

The series will provide a behind-the-scenes look at Mayfield’s life on and off the field, detailing the events of the 2025 season. Mayfield mentioned that having cameras around didn’t serve as a distraction and that he wanted to capture some family footage.

Mayfield will be featured alongside other quarterbacks, including Jayden Daniels, Cam Ward, and Joe Flacco, in the upcoming season of Quarterback.
