Austin Rotisserie & Sandwicherie has expanded its presence in the city with the opening of a new takeaway location in North Austin. The new location, designed to offer faster pickup and shorter delivery times, allows customers to place orders online or in-person using a kiosk, with both takeaway and dine-in options available.
Menu and Hours
The fast-casual spot specializes in Parisian-style rotisserie chicken, baguette sandwiches, soups, and French pastries. The menu includes whole and quarter birds with potatoes cooked in chicken drippings, sandwiches such as the Poulet Roti and Norwegian Baguette, and desserts including macarons, éclairs, and crème brûlée. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
The couple behind Austin Rotisserie began their journey with pop-ups in 2018 before opening their downtown location at The Fareground in 2021, and a Bastrop food truck in early 2025. According to Eric Nathal, they have reached the capacity for what they could do in their current kitchen and are excited to soon have a second kitchen that allows them to continue growing the menu, expand catering capabilities, and better serve customers.
