New video shows the arrest of Bradley Ratkovich, 43, who police say threatened to shoot the driver who rear-ended him last week in Des Moines.
According to authorities, Ratkovich pointed a semi-automatic rifle at the people in the car behind him as police arrived at the scene, which occurred at the intersection of Southeast 14th Street and McKinley Avenue.
Ratkovich was taken into custody without incident.
