The Arizona Wildcats track and field program, led by head coach Andrew Dubs, has announced the addition of 16 new athletes to its roster. This comes after a successful first year for Dubs, with the men’s and women’s teams earning top-three finishes at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships.
New Signees
Among the notable signees are Annaleise Taylor, who joins the UA from Oregon, and Aria Cain, a Portland transfer who competes in sprints. Other notable additions include Sophie Haag, a Miami transfer, and Saqqara Ruffin, a Cal transfer who competes in hurdles.
On the men’s side, Uladzislau Puchko joins Arizona from Virginia Tech, where he used to throw under Dubs. Maurice Woodring is a Western Washington transfer with a 400m hurdles personal best time of 50.60.
The triathlon program, led by Wes Johnson, has also added Israeli Amit Ben Avida to the 2026 roster. Ben Avida is a multi-time European Junior Cup medalist.
