Ariana Grande is suing multiple unidentified individuals for allegedly hacking into digital accounts and devices belonging to photographers and producers she has worked with, in order to steal music and other material.
The 33-year-old Grande’s Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit was filed Monday and asks a judge to order a return of her items as well as stopping further such action in the future. Grande contends she has suffered harm to her reputation as well as financial losses.
The lawsuit alleges invasion of privacy, violation of the state’s California’s Comprehensive Data Access and Fraud Act and civil theft. The “Hate That I Made You Love Me” artist is currently on her “Eternal Sunshine Tour” and she did five shows in the Southland in June, three at the Kia Forum and two at Crypto.com Arena.
