Arab, Alabama native Stafford Willis has committed to the University of Alabama’s football program, announcing his decision on the Beyond the Blitz Facebook channel. Willis, a 6-foot-5, 290-pound offensive lineman, chose the Crimson Tide over several other top programs, including Virginia Tech, South Carolina, UCLA, and Virginia.
Recruiting Class
Willis is the latest addition to Alabama’s 2027 recruiting class, which now includes several highly touted prospects, such as five-star QB Elijah Haven and four-star RB Nigel Newkirk. Alabama offensive line coach Adrian Klemm was Willis’ primary recruiter, and he made two visits to the Crimson Tide, including an official visit on June 19.
