Adrielle Hasara is thrilled to join KTVZ News as the morning anchor on KTVZ News at Sunrise. As a Los Angeles native, she recently made the move to Central Oregon from San Diego, where she graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies.
Background and Experience
During her time at SDSU, she gained experience as an anchor, producer, reporter, and social media manager; developing a passion for connecting with communities through meaningful storytelling. Before joining KTVZ News, she interned with FOX 5 / KUSI News in San Diego as a field producer and studio assistant, contributing to the station’s sports department.
She also spent several years with The Daily Aztec, SDSU’s independent student newspaper, where she covered a variety of stories while expanding her skills in multimedia journalism. Throughout her life, she’s been deeply inspired by the arts and creative expression. From writing and media production to visual storytelling, those interests helped shape her passion for journalism and her belief in the power of stories to bring people together.
Outside the newsroom, she enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors, and discovering all that Central Oregon has to offer. She’s excited to get to know the community and help viewers start their day each morning on KTVZ News at Sunrise.
