The first phase of the Baptist SilverLeaf Medical Campus is scheduled to open in St. Augustine. The 58,979-square-foot facility is located at 8595 St. Johns Parkway, about 3 miles north of International Golf Parkway and Tocoi Creek High School.
The first phase includes offices for primary care and a wellness center, and provides cardiology, rehabilitation and laboratory services. Orthopedic and neurology specialists will begin receiving patients in the fall.
