The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers secured a 12-2 victory over the Quad Cities River Bandits on Friday at Modern Woodmen Park. Eric Bitonti had a standout performance, going 5-for-5 with a home run, four RBI, and four runs scored.
Game Highlights
Luis Castillo gave the Timber Rattlers an early lead with a two-out, two-run double in the first inning. The River Bandits responded with two runs in the bottom of the first, but the Timber Rattlers took the lead in the top of the third and never looked back.
Bitonti’s impressive game helped the Timber Rattlers secure their 35th win of the season. The team will face the River Bandits again on Saturday at 5:30pm.
