The Jewish Federation of Upstate South Carolina, a nonprofit based in Greenville, announced on June 17 that it has a newly appointed executive leadership team. Dr. Mitch Wolin, president of the Jewish Federation of Upstate South Carolina and a physician and ophthalmology specialist, stated that this transition reflects a renewed commitment to strengthening Jewish life in the Upstate.
The new leadership team will work to build community by connecting a dispersed and unaffiliated Jewish population, serving those in need, strengthening Jewish family services and volunteer networks, and advancing transparency, accountability, and visible impact.
