The City of Dell Rapids is taking action to get the public’s voice involved in the future of its downtown district. The Dell Rapids City Council on Monday, June 15, unanimously approved the creation of the Downtown Vitality Committee.
Downtown Revitalization
The committee will pitch ideas on revitalization, but it won’t have spending authority. The initial proposal was tabled two weeks prior due to concerns about potential nepotism.
