The Jackson Town Council in Wyoming is considering a housing project at 90 Virginian Lane. After more than three years and over 20 meetings, the council unanimously agreed to seek a special joint meeting to further discuss the project.

Housing Director April Norton presented a new mix of housing options, including option 1C, which would make the units slightly more affordable. The proposal shifts $1 million in subsidy from the rental portion to the ownership portion of the project.
Councilor Jonathan Schechter commented on the urgency of the project, stating that it is not fundamentally different from the previous proposal. Councilor Devon Viehman pointed out that the meeting is necessary to discuss the project and determine the next steps.
The 90 Virginian Lane conversation will continue at a special joint meeting, although the date of that meeting is as yet undetermined.
