An Overland Park man who had been missing since June 2 was found by a recreational diver at Table Rock Lake in southern Missouri. Steven Lieurance was last seen on June 2 around 4 p.m. driving his silver 2008 Mercedes-Benz SLK 280 hardtop convertible.

He was reported missing after he did not return home from work in Olathe. The Overland Park Police Department asked for the public’s assistance in locating Lieurance and his vehicle.

A recreational diver found Lieurance’s car submerged in Table Rock Lake, prompting a multi-agency response. The vehicle and Lieurance’s body were then recovered on Sunday. Missouri Highway Patrol dive teams led the recovery efforts.
