Oklahoma Senator James Lankford, who appeared on ‘Meet the Press’ this weekend, said he is waiting for more information before making a final judgment. ‘Let’s wait and see what the deal actually is. That’s part of the challenge we have right now, is we have not seen the details of the actual agreement yet on this, but the president’s been very, very clear: Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon, cannot have a nuclear weapons program, and cannot keep that highly enriched uranium in the country,’ Lankford said.

The agreement is expected to be formally signed later this week. Until then, Lankford said he will be watching for more details on how the deal would be enforced.
