Jackson Hole History Museum Hosts 1920s Party

The Jackson Hole History Museum is hosting the First Annual Eras Party:1920s on Thursday, June 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. The event will transport attendees back in time to the 1920s, with period displays of local artifacts, live jazz from vocalist Lulla Blue and her ensemble, and readings that anchor the evening in Jackson Hole’s own words.

Event Details

Poet and writer Matt Daly will channel Olaus Murie’s observations from Wapiti Wilderness; Klaus Baer will interpret a passage from Struthers Burt’s Diary of Dude Wrangler; and Natalia Macker will give voice to Felicia Gizycka’s Vogue magazine account of Jackson Hole. Attendees can raise a custom Wyoming Whiskey cocktail, sample hors d’oeuvres by Provisions, and dress up in 1920s attire if they like.
