A new sourdough deli shop is opening in Webster on June 22. The restaurant will offer hand-rolled sourdough made with flour, water, and salt, and sandwiches will be made with bread baked just minutes ago.

Menu Options

Sandwiches will be offered in four-, six-, and eight-inch lengths with gluten-free options available. Sandwich options include turkey, French dip, pastrami, garlic turkey pesto, BLT, reuben, veggie, tuna salad, chicken salad, Italian, BBQ brisket, and salami, among other options.

Soups include clam chowder, tomato bisque, and a rotating daily soup option. Salads include grilled chicken caesar, southwest chicken, Greek, and Cobb.
