Her career blends in‑house roles at technical and manufacturing companies with agency leadership positions across a broad range of industries, giving her a dual‑sided perspective on business challenges and communication needs.

Extensive experience across sectors
Sullivan brings more than 15 years of experience helping organizations define their stories, communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders and leadership. Throughout her career, she has served as a strategic advisor to CEOs and executive leaders, aligning communications strategies with business objectives and navigating growth, change and reputation challenges.
“I love the puzzle of taking something highly technical or specialized and figuring out why it matters to someone outside that world,” Sullivan said. “The people inside these companies know exactly why their work is important because they have spent years or decades doing it. My job is to understand that deeply enough to translate it without flattening it — to find what is distinctive, make it clear, and help other people see the value that was already there.”

Sullivan began her communications career in the semiconductor test manufacturing industry at Teradyne, Inc., where she translated highly technical products and applications for global audiences. She later moved into renewable energy with SOLON Corporation and held leadership roles including Director of Public Relations at Strongpoint Marketing (now NüPOINT Marketing) in Tucson, Arizona.
Most recently, Sullivan served as Account Supervisor at Larson Communications, supporting public relations, crisis communications and marketing efforts for K‑12 schools and education companies nationwide.
Education and local ties
Sullivan earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Simmons University in Boston, graduating cum laude from the university’s Honors Program, and received her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2015. She lives in North Texas and joins Kwedar & Co. after an international chapter that included residences in Puerto Rico and Bogotá, Colombia.
