Green Bay Packers Propose New Board Members for Shareholder Vote

The Green Bay Packers have announced three candidates for their Board of Directors, to be voted on by shareholders at the upcoming Annual Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 27, at 1 p.m. in Lambeau Field. The candidates are Harry Sydney, Glen Tellock, and Robert Weyers.

Meet the Candidates

Harry Sydney, a former NFL player and coach, brings a wealth of experience from his time with the San Francisco 49ers and the Green Bay Packers. He is also the founder of My Brother’s Keeper, a mentoring program for boys and men in the community.

Glen Tellock, the former president and CEO of Lakeside Foods, has a strong background in business leadership. His career includes a significant tenure at the Manitowoc Company, where he held various executive roles.

Robert Weyers is a co-owner of Commercial Horizons, a property development company with a 25-year history of developing commercial, retail, office, and industrial properties.

Shareholder Participation

Packers President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ed Policy, expressed enthusiasm for the nominees, highlighting their diverse expertise. Shareholders will receive proxy information in June to facilitate voting. Those attending the meeting will receive four tickets per Shareholder account, with options for electronic access and print-at-home tickets.

The Packers encourage shareholders who have not received recent communications to update their contact information through Shareholder Services. Additional activities for the week of the Annual Meeting, including the Packers Training Camp schedule, will be announced soon.
