MGM Resorts CEO Bill Hornbuckle revealed in the company’s latest earnings call that the all-inclusive offers it launched have brought in a new audience to Las Vegas. Half of the guests who booked the package offered at Luxor and Excalibur were first-time visitors to MGM properties, a figure he called ‘startling’ but ‘promising.’ The all-inclusive deals include a two-night stay, three meals a day, two tickets to one of six shows, and free self-parking, starting at $330.
Las Vegas Visitor Numbers
Las Vegas drew about 3.1 million fewer visitors in 2025 than in 2024, a 7.5% drop, according to data from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitor Authority. However, MGM recorded its second quarter of revenue growth from its Las Vegas properties, marking $2.17 billion in revenue, a 2.6% year-over-year increase over 2025. The company attributes this growth to the Vegas Golden Knights’ run to the Stanley Cup Finals, strong convention travel, and a busy calendar of events.
MGM Resorts was the first of the two major casino operators on the Strip to announce its all-inclusive offers, doing so on March 25. The company’s chief operating officer, Ayesha Molino, noted that the lower-end properties ‘remain challenged’ despite ‘really strong strength in the luxury segment.’ Through June, visitor volume has remained nearly flat year-over-year, budging up 0.2%, according to LVCVA data.
