Dale Earnhardt’s grandson, Wyatt Miller, is now behind the wheel of a racecar. At just 14 years old, Wyatt is in his first full season racing sprint cars. He is the nephew of Dale Earnhardt Junior and grandson of Dale Earnhardt.
Wyatt’s Racing Debut
Wyatt traveled all the way from North Carolina to race in Iowa this weekend. He spent Thursday night in Oskaloosa and finished fourth in his race at the Southern Iowa Speedway. When asked what brings him to Iowa, Wyatt said, “You have to go wherever the big dogs are, and the big dogs are here, so we’re here.”
Wyatt’s whole family has a racing background, which he believes helps him in his own racing career. “My whole family raced, so it helps. Anyone in my family I can ask what did you do here? What did you do there? It helps a lot,” he said.
