Steak Butter Recipe
To make the Steak Butter, combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and brush on steaks just prior to service.
Key Lime Pie Cocktail
The Key Lime Pie Cocktail makes approximately 8 drinks. To make it, combine frozen lime-aid concentrate, water, and rum, and adjust the color to your preference with green food coloring. Then, combine sweetened condensed milk with heavy cream and whip until it has a medium body.
Distribute ice into rocks glasses, pour the lime-aid over the ice, and spoon the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream mixture onto the top of the drinks. Garnish with a light sprinkle of green decorating sugar and a slice of lime.
This cocktail was awarded 1st Place at the prestigious 2012 UP Hog Wild Libation Contest held in Kingsford, Michigan.
