A fatal shooting occurred in downtown Los Angeles on Friday night. Officers responded to a report of a shooting at the intersection of San Pedro and 5th Streets just after 11 p.m.
A man, estimated to be between 55 and 60 years old, was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died of his injuries. The victim’s name has not been released.
