A documentary series showcasing the stories of Black residents in Indianapolis has made its way to the major streaming platform, Tubi. "Naptown Narratives," created by LaKesha Lorene and Anthony Murdock, features everyday heroes making a positive impact in the community.
Seasons 4 and 5 Now Available
Seasons 4 and 5 of the series are now available to stream for free on Tubi, featuring guests such as Tasha Marie, founder of the Minority Recovery Collective, Inc., and rapper 4200Kory. The first three seasons can also be accessed.
The series chooses its documentary subjects from a pool of applicants who complete a form explaining their contributions to the city of Indianapolis. This year, Loving Life Production is set to release "Naptown Narratives Season 6" about Kayla Coleman, owner of The Glow Spot, a beauty and wellness co-working space.
A red-carpet premiere for Season 6 is scheduled for September 26 at Alamo Drafthouse, with ticket bundles including a "Naptown Narratives" T-shirt.
