Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds announced the America’s Harvest Festival, a celebration of Iowa’s agricultural heritage, to be held on October 24, 2026, at the Iowa Capitol Complex in Des Moines. The event will showcase how Iowa agriculture has helped build the nation.

The family-friendly event will honor the people, innovation, and agricultural heritage that have helped feed the nation for generations, with interactive exhibits, demonstrations, and entertainment.
Visitors of all ages will enjoy a wide range of exhibits that educate, engage, and entertain, from hands-on experiences and historical reenactments to family-friendly activities. There will be vendors featuring handcrafted products made in Iowa, live entertainment and music, and plenty of food available with no charge for admission.
