He noted that the main companies, such as WWE and All Elite Wrestling (AEW), run shows up to four times per week, and there are also international programs and independent shows being streamed during the week.
Talent Across the Board
Layfield named a handful of wrestlers that fans should watch, including ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey in AEW and Josh Alexander. He also mentioned Will Allday, an independent wrestler from Texas, who he said ‘ignites the local crowd’ every time he walks out. Layfield believes that there is a lot of young talent in pro wrestling, and the amount of training and learning available has contributed to this.
