A disturbing incident occurred in downtown Oklahoma City when a man in a wheelchair was set on fire by a stranger. The attack happened near West Main Street and North Lee Avenue, outside the Oklahoma City Police Department headquarters.
Video footage shows Alexander Emery throwing a lit Molotov cocktail at the man in the wheelchair and then pushing him into the fire. Nearby officers and a bystander quickly intervened, pulling the victim from the flames. The victim is expected to recover, according to authorities.
Emery was arrested on the spot, and police said he admitted to picking the man at random. The Oklahoma City Police Department released video of the attack, which can be viewed above.
