Fayetteville will close a section of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard overnight to facilitate the removal of the old southbound Interstate 49 bridge. The city said the closures will affect the section of the road that runs under Interstate 49.
Detours will be in place during the closures, which are scheduled from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night, beginning on July 14th. The closures were originally scheduled to start the morning of July 7.
