A large police presence was seen in Raleigh’s Glenwood South area after the Fourth of July celebrations. Raleigh police taped off several blocks near Glenwood Avenue and Peace Street at 2:45 a.m.
Raleigh police described the situation as ‘massive’ and said other agencies were being called to help. The cause of the incident is not yet known.
