A car crashed on I-71 and fell onto Western Row Road in Mason, injuring two people. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Thursday. The vehicle was traveling northbound on I-71 when it hit the barrier on the southbound side and went over it, crashing onto Western Row Road.
Warren County sheriff’s deputies and Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSP) responded to the scene. Western Row Road is currently closed in both directions, and traffic is being diverted. One lane of I-71 is also closed due to secondary crashes involving debris from the initial crash.
The extent of the injuries has not been publicly disclosed. The road will remain closed for a while longer, according to troopers.
