A manhunt is underway in Monaco after a bomb explosion wounded three people, including a child, in a residential building. The explosion occurred shortly before 9 p.m. local time on Monday.
The wounded were transported to a hospital in Nice, France. A man was caught on camera fleeing to Beausoleil, a French town that borders Monaco.
About 40 French soldiers and two helicopters have been deployed to assist with the chase. Monaco’s Prince Albert II said that all relevant state services are mobilized and working with French authorities to establish the circumstances of the tragedy and identify those responsible.
