The West Palm Beach Fire Department is back with its third annual Jr. Alerts Program, bringing another summer of hands-on safety education to young residents in the community.
The program, launched by the City of West Palm Beach, gives local youth the opportunity to learn directly from firefighters and emergency personnel. Now in its third year, Jr. Alerts has become a beloved warm-weather tradition that connects kids with the men and women who serve and protect their neighborhoods.
By returning for a third consecutive year, the program reflects the Fire Department’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and youth outreach — helping the next generation understand emergency preparedness, fire safety, and the important work of first responders.
Details about registration and program dates are available through the City of West Palm Beach. Families are encouraged to reach out to the Fire Department for more information on how their children can take part in this growing community initiative.
