A Texas company, NeuroSolutions 100, has been accused by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in South Dakota of defrauding Medicare. The company is alleged to have submitted 100 fraudulent claims worth $1.1 million for a medical device that was not eligible for reimbursement under the federal program.

However, CEO Michael Bingham disputes the government’s accusations, stating that he has already prevailed before five administrative law judges, including one this month. Bingham provided opinions from these judges to The Dakota Scout.
