Kings Sign Brandt Clarke To 5 Year Deal

The Los Angeles Kings have re-signed defenseman Brandt Clarke to a 5-year, $37 million deal. Clarke, 23, had a career-best 40 points this season and surpassed his previous career-high point total of 33 set in 2024-25.

Clarke’s Performance

Clarke ranked second on the Kings in assists with 32 and fourth in points in the 2025-26 season. He also trailed only Drew Doughty and Mikey Anderson in average minutes per game among Kings defensemen and ranked third in the NHL with 185 blocked shots.
