Chozen Yogurt, a beloved frozen yogurt shop in downtown Casper, Wyoming, has introduced a mobile service to bring its sweet treats to more customers. The mobile unit is a converted school bus that has been repurposed to offer frozen yogurt, sorbet, and other snacks.
From Software Engineer to Yogurt Entrepreneur
Paul Beck, the new owner of Chozen Yogurt, made the switch from a career in software engineering to pursue his passion for the frozen yogurt business. His daughters, who had previously worked at the shop, inspired him to take the leap.
Beck invested significant time and effort into converting the school bus into a mobile yogurt shop. He painted the interior, installed new electrical systems, and added appliances to create a functional and welcoming space.
The mobile unit will operate as a seasonal extension of the downtown shop, attending local events and festivals to bring Chozen Yogurt’s products to a wider audience. Beck has also implemented a ‘bus tracker’ feature on the shop’s website, allowing customers to track the mobile unit’s location and schedule.
