A 5-year-old child from Brevard County was found dead at an Airbnb in Davenport after a drowning incident, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies responded to the vacation rental home after receiving reports that a child was at the bottom of the pool.
Deputies began life-saving measures on the child, who was found unconscious. The child was transported to Celebration Hospital, where they were pronounced deceased. Homicide detectives are investigating the incident.
