Two employees of a Windsor Locks nursing home have been arrested in connection with the death of a 93-year-old resident who walked out of the facility in freezing temperatures and was found dead in a snowbank.

Margaret Healey, who had dementia, walked out of the Bickford Health Care Center in February. She was found more than three hours later and died. The state subsequently ordered the nursing home to remove the remaining patients, and it has since closed.
Police arrested the two employees by warrant on Monday but did not provide details on their identities or the charges they face. Further information is expected to be released during a news conference on Tuesday.
