As the city lights begin to flicker on and the sky shifts from burnt amber to deep indigo, it feels less like a restaurant and more like a private perch on the edge of the world.
Chef Beau MacMillan has steered Elements for years with a philosophy rooted in what he calls “clean, ingredient-driven cuisine” — and you feel that commitment in every bite. The menu leans into the Southwest without leaning on clichés. A fire-roasted beet salad arrives with whipped goat cheese and candied pepitas, earthy and bright in equal measure. The Ora King salmon, cooked with a precision that borders on obsessive, comes wrapped in flavors that somehow feel both bold and restrained. And if the 28-day dry-aged ribeye is on the menu the evening you visit, ordering anything else would be a genuine mistake.
