A four-vehicle crash has shut down lanes on both sides of I-265 in east Louisville. According to TRIMARC, all southbound lanes and two northbound lanes are closed near Old Henry Road after a crash around 11 a.m.
The northbound left shoulder and two left lanes are blocked. Four vehicles are involved in the crash. So far, there’s no word on any reported injuries.
