Lifelong resident Lauren Nigrelli, who owns a boutique in the area, said the frenzy surrounding Swift has eased since she first moved into the neighborhood in 2013. However, Swift’s presence remains a fixture among local businesses, with many selling apparel and merchandise related to the singer.
