Campbell’s signature red-and-white soup cans are evolving, as several new soups join the historic brand’s lineup. The company has partnered with Banza to launch a new gluten-free version of its iconic condensed chicken noodle soup.
New Gluten-Free Option
The new variety pairs the comfort of Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup with Banza’s beloved gluten-free chickpea penne pasta, delivering the classic flavor fans know and love. According to the company, roughly 30% of the U.S. population actively seeks gluten-free options, and the U.S. gluten-free market is projected to grow at a 9.8% compound annual growth rate from 2026 to 2033.
Campbell’s has also introduced other new soups, including Campbell’s Chunky Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Chicken Noodle Soup, which is part of a partnership with Buffalo Wild Wings. The soup contains 17 grams of protein per 18.8-ounce can and is available now at retailers nationwide.
Expanding Product Line
Last fall, Campbell’s introduced two new Chunky soups, including Campbell’s Chunky x Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer Cheese with Potatoes & Chorizo Soup and Campbell’s Chunky x Pabst Blue Ribbon Beef, Bacon & Beer Chili with Beans. Both soups are sold exclusively at Walmart.
Campbell’s CEO Mick Beekhuizen said that consumers are cooking at home at the highest levels since early 2020 and turning to the company’s brands for value, quality, and convenience. In 2025, Campbell’s experienced an increase in soup sales and a 5% decrease in organic sales of snacks.
