Henry Dinkins, an eastern Iowa man serving a life sentence for the 2020 murder of 10-year-old Breasia Terrell, is set to appear in court for a pretrial conference related to a sexual abuse case from 2003. Police said Dinkins kidnapped a 5-year-old girl from Clinton in 2003. The girl was found safe hours later in Grand Mound.
The case was re-examined in 2023 after the victim contacted the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
