Kentucky Special Olympian Heads to Nationals

A very special Olympian is set to represent the commonwealth of Kentucky at a nationwide golf tournament this month. The 2026 Special Olympics USA Games kick off in the Twin Cities, and Special Olympian Chris Revay is competing in the games.

Representing Kentucky with Pride

Revay talked about the tournament, stating he will be competing in the nine-hole individual event, which starts on Sunday and goes through Thursday. He hopes to do really well and hit the ball straight. Revay is one of 11 golfers competing nationwide and one of four from Kentucky.

Revay also represents the Point Arc of Covington nonprofit, which helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He wants to help them out and be there for them. Revay’s main goal is to play golf and help people, which is evident in his dedication to the sport and his community.
