Brewers’ Cooper Pratt Ready for Debut

The Milwaukee Brewers are set to face the Cleveland Guardians tonight, with 21-year-old Cooper Pratt expected to be in the lineup. Pratt was called up by the Brewers on Sunday and is ready for his debut.

Brewers’ Lineup and Pitching

Brewers TV Analyst Craig Coshun believes Pratt could be an upgrade at shortstop or third base. The Brewers will send Robert Gasser to the mound, who is 0-3 with a 6.38 ERA. Cleveland will counter with Slade Cecconi, who is 3-5 with a 4.83 ERA.

The Brewers are currently 43-26 and hold a 4.5 game lead over the St. Louis Cardinals in the National League Central. They are 23-14 at home and 23-16 against teams with .500 or better records.

Recent Honors for Brewers

Two Milwaukee Brewers, Jacob Misiorowski and Jackson Chourio, have been honored as National League Players of the Week for their performances from June 8th to June 14th. Misiorowski threw a complete-game, one-hit shutout against the Philadelphia Phillies, while Chourio has been on fire with the bat, hitting five home runs and 13 hits for a .448 batting average.
