Iowa 3rd District Congressman Zach Nunn, a Republican, said he looks forward to the President’s final recommendation on Friday regarding holding Iran accountable. Nunn believes that holding Iran accountable will benefit all Americans by keeping them from having a nuclear weapon, funding terrorism, and opening up the Strait of Hormuz, which could lead to lower gas prices.

Nunn also emphasized the importance of protecting American troops, stating that they will be in a much safer spot than they were just this past Saturday. Senior U.S. officials said the text of the U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding will be released in the next 24 to 48 hours.
