A death investigation is underway in Tampa after a man was found unresponsive on West Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. on Saturday evening.

Investigation Details

The Tampa Police Department received a call at 6:18 p.m. and officers arrived at the scene in the 1900 block of West Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of death is currently unknown, and the Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause. Detectives are gathering evidence and asking anyone with information to come forward.
