The city of Texarkana, Texas, has announced that the boil advisory for its public water system has been lifted. The advisory was initially issued on Thursday for areas south of Phenie Avenue, north of Caddo Street, east of Lake Drive, and south of Lelia Street.
Restoration of Water Quality
The water system has taken corrective actions to restore the quality of water, and laboratory results indicate that boiling is no longer required as of Saturday. Residents with questions can contact the Texarkana Water Utilities at (903) 798-3850.
