Arlington Couple Shares Love for Community

Randy and Jolanda Hendricks have lived in Arlington since 1968. They raised their children there and now have six grandchildren living within 2 miles of their home. The couple loves the sense of community in Arlington, which they believe is more than just a city – it’s their “dream city”.

Arlington’s Community Spirit

The Hendricks are involved in various community activities, including the Rotary Club of Arlington, where Randy is the current president. They also participate in events like Dancing with the Arlington Stars, which raises money for local nonprofits. The couple appreciates the city’s small-town feel and the opportunities it provides for community entertainment, such as the Levitt Pavilion and Theatre Arlington.

Randy and Jolanda enjoy dining at local restaurants like Mac’s, J. Gilligan’s Bar & Grill, and Corky’s Brick Oven Pizzeria. They are proud to call Arlington their home and believe it offers a unique blend of community spirit, cultural opportunities, and family-friendly activities.
