A fatal shooting occurred on the Northwest Side of San Antonio. The San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene in the 4000 block of Medical Drive around 1:00 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found a man with a gunshot wound. Paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but the man died at the scene.
