However, George notes that the party has managed to raise $15 million, a substantial amount compared to the Democrats’ $5.5 million. ‘It’s not hard to raise money,’ George said. ‘It’s just you have to raise it for the right reasons and the right project.’ The party’s ability to raise funds will be crucial in the upcoming elections, as they seek to take back control of the state.

George notes that the party has made significant gains in this regard, with 14 border counties flipping to Republican control. ‘We knocked on 100,000 doors, big door knockers, bent to 100,000 doors and talked to people,’ George said. ‘It took a lot of work, but a lot of them, what is it? Then we had a conversation and explained it to the people and said, hey, this is what we are really about. Our party’s about limited government, our party’s about closing our border and stopping this radical crazy people from entering our country.’
